Given the actual knowledge of ambitions and limitations, several scenarios for the transition are now elaborated, including their pros and cons.

In a scenario the separate views from the Gap Analysis Report are now combined into an overall vision of achievable milestones towards the To-Be situation. A single scenario describes all milestones (Implementation Stages) that are required to achieve the To-Be. In this task several alternative scenarios are elaborated (if so required).

Relate each scenario to the Migration Requirements and Constraints and to the Migration Strategy, in order to enable evaluation of the scenario.
